Let me summarize what happened (it's too long of a story to tell from the beginning):

• The house was an antique (on the inside, not the outside).
• In August of '04 the house caught on fire thanks to a couple of speaker wires and was just contained to the office.
• 2 months later the house caught on fire due to an issue with the furnace and about 70% of it was burnt.
• Nobody was hurt in the fire except for Bubba, our yellow naped amazon parrot. RIP Bubba.
• A year later the old house has been demolished and a newer, bigger house is now in its place.
• Michael, Heidi and Dad will be living there (for hopefully many, many, many uneventful years).
